As January draws to a close in record time, trying to reflect back on what I achieved is going to be tough. Work had some major changes, a couple of partners left and I find myself in preparation for a final interview at a massive company. Not sure if its good news, (its possibly great news) but it certainly will be an increase of roughly the same as my promotion. Yes I got promoted, at the end of December.

Training wise, January was disruptive to say the least. The amount of snow and ice really killed the outdoor training as well as the project I was on. I guess ending a relationship of 4 years didn’t help matters either…

Goal wise, my work related ones are on target, weight and gut size are probably going better and the others need some work.

Oh and I ran into someone from the past who I never thought I would see again, someone with a few issues and trouble written all over her, not sure I am ready for trouble or want trouble. No, I haven’t found out and not sure if I will…

The London underground staff went of strike last week, which was a slight inconvienence to those that relied on the vessel to transport them to work. After negotiating trains heading to the coast instead of central london just to get in, this little gem of a video made my day – and I wanted to share it with you
